$100 deposit issue for account verification

I am not comfortable being required to wager my own deposit just to withdraw it. I contacted support immediately, and the issue was escalated, however I did not receive any follow-up or update from the promotions team for several days and had to follow up myself. My deposit was accepted, but the bonus was not applied.

I’ve seen this trick used by a lot of fake crypto casinos lately. No, no legitimate casino will ask you for $100 for account verification. I used the minimum at all times, even when I can afford to spend more. Only if I can spare some extra $20 or more, then I would play on new games or other games, because ‘unfamiliar’ games are highly unpredictable and chances are you’d lose your money soon enough! In my case, the promotion was still active when I deposited. I’m pretty sure it said ‘deposit ANY amount and get an extra 100’ but there was also a max cash out attached, of only 5x the deposit so I found the offer to be pretty poor for a low deposit actually. In the end, I had to play my games with just the raw cash. It also feels comparable to being unable to return the item for a refund, and instead only being offered store credit that can only be used under limited conditions and within a set time frame. Although my case is still under review, support has already taken a position that my deposit does not qualify for the bonus.
